ImPulse

This project is an example of some of the unique experiences we get as students in the EAE program. We were lucky enough to develop a prototype for a controller being developed at the University of Utah that gave players haptic feedback through their thumbs by using nubs on the joysticks. A top-view puzzle game, ImPulse had players open up locked doors by entering patterns given to them by the controller.

Below is a capture of my Google Spreadsheet for the project. It’s much improved over the Hazmat Harry one from the beginning of the semester. Also, by using Google Docs, everyone could come in and mark their progress. As a public tool, it holds everyone accountable and is easily accessible for everyone.
